Ideally located in the heart of Ariège, near Foix, the restaurant Le Commerce is a stopover of choice on the road to the Pyrenees to discover the Cathar castles. The medieval castle of Foix is the typical example, dominating from its rocky peak the roofs of the old town and the confluence of the Ariège and the Arget.
